Item and Price pair fields for food menu items
Adding form fields for items and prices
Many times you want to enable food vendors to add items and associated price for each. When this is a form requirement, you can use the Item/Price field.
From Forms>Options>Customize Fields, create a new field and select the Form Element
The result will be a 2 column field allowing them to add each item pair. Create as many Item/Price fields as you need to on the form.
